This is a mild, yet very effective tile grout cleaner without the harsh chemical.

  • 1 part water
  • 3 parts baking soda (acts as cleaner, deodorizer, softens water, scours.
  • Grout brush or old toothbrush
  • Sponge
  • Warm Water

Mix the water and the baking soda forming a paste. Put the paste on to the grout by using the grout brush or old toothbrush. Let it stand for 15 to 20 minutes so that it will soften all the molds and mildew that accumulated on the grouts. Brush the grout to remove stains and dirt. Wipe away the remaining residue with a damp sponge and do not forget to rinse it with warm water. Wipe it dry before leaving the area so that germs will not come back.
